Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Dispute Resolution: Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at anthonyoconnor@aopta.com. We’ll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may bring formal proceedings.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in California unless we both agree otherwise.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision materially affects your rights, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
